EUGENIA G. WEBER, CPA,
is the firm's president. After achieving a master degree, Eugenia left Romania to
establish residence in the United States. She began her professional career in 1984 in
Houston as an accountant for Gulf Equities Realty Advisors, Inc., advancing to the
position of chief financial officer and holding that position until 1993.
Eugenia was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1992 and founded
Weber & Associates, L.C. in 1993.

GEORGE W. GILMAN, CPA,
received a BBA degree in 1964 from Midwestern University with a major in accounting and a
minor in economics. He was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1965, and received
a LLB degree from the University of Texas Law School in 1967. He joined Arthur Anderson
after graduation and later formed Womack, Ritzwoller, Gilman & Company. He is the
president of Commerce Securities Corporation, a National Association of Securities
Dealers, Inc. registered member firm, a principal in Womack-Gilman Investment Services,
L.C., and consultant for Weber & Associates, L.C.
